How to Reconnect Refund Stacker to Walmart

How to Reconnect Refund Stacker to Walmart After Disconnection

If Refund Stacker gets disconnected from the Walmart API due to invalid or missing credentials or because access has been removed, you will need to reconnect your account.

How You’ll Know You’re Disconnected

  • Email Notification: We’ll send you an email notifying you of the disconnection.

  • In-App Notification: When you log in, a modal will appear informing you of the issue.

Steps to Reconnect

  1. Go to the Store Details Page

    • Click the button in the notification modal or navigate manually to your store settings.
    • Locate the store that shows an API Status that is not connected.
    • Hover over the status for more details.

  2. Renew API Access

    • Click the Renew API button next to the affected store.
    • You will be redirected to Walmart’s login page.
  3. Login to Walmart

    • Enter the credentials of an admin account for the Walmart Seller Center.
    • Click Login to proceed.

  4. Authorize Refund Stacker

    • After logging in, you’ll see a prompt to authorize Refund Stacker.
    • Click Authorize to grant access.

  5. Verify Connection

    • You will be redirected back to the Store Details Page.

    • The API status should now show Connected confirming that Refund Stacker has been successfully reconnected.
